Thanks to the quirky British weather, Potash Farm’s green cobnuts are ready a good 10 days earlier than usual – and that means now’s the time to order.
These seasonal treats are one of Kent’s best-kept secrets: fresh, nutty, and only available for a short window in late summer. They’ll change in texture and flavour as the season goes on – from green to golden to brown on the husk – but they’re all packed with rich, moist nuttiness.
Stock is already moving fast, so get your order in soon if you don’t want to miss out.
You’ll also find cobnut oils, sauces, chutneys – and even trees if you fancy growing your own.

Potash Farm is situated at the southern end of the West Kent village of St Mary's Platt in the beautiful rolling countryside between Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Maidstone.
