Harvest at Castle Farm

Over the past few weeks, we have been busy harvesting our beautiful Lavender fields, and have safely distilled our 2019 Lavender Oil. We have taken over 2,000 of you on Lavender Tours over the season… so we hope there are now lots of Lavender experts out there amongst you! The Farm Shop – The Hop Shop - is open daily, and filled to the brim with local, traceable farm foods, and of course, our grass-fed Castle Farm Beef which is excellent for those summer BBQ’s! From mid-August we will start cutting our Hop Bines from our glorious green Hop Gardens. Fresh Hop Bines, which are used for interior decoration in pubs, homes and at events across the country, will be available to collect from the shop, or nationwide delivery from mid-August.
