Harvest complete for Kentish Oils

This year’s Oilseed Rape harvest is complete for Kentish Oils with the seed now being safely stored & dried, ready for pressing in the coming months. Work is already underway to sow next year’s seed, all of which is a specially selected variety, grown for Kentish Oils in East Kent. Kentish Oils rapeseed oil, which is available from independent stockist throughout the country as well as regionally at Waitrose & Tesco, is cold pressed in small batches on site at their purpose built production unit in Bridge. The oils have won a number of awards, including Kent Food Producer of the Year and Great Taste Awards, and are also used to create a range of delicious Kentish Condiments including dressings, marinades & mayonnaises as well as being used by many local & British businesses in a wide range of products.
