The Heritage Transport Show, organised by the Kent County Agricultural Society, is set to return on Sunday 10th October 2021.
After being cancelled in 2020 and again in April 2021 due to the pandemic, the Heritage Transport Show is making a return later this year. The event is popular with visitors and exhibitors alike, so the organisers are keen to run the show again after a difficult year for many.
James Forknall, chairman of the Kent County Agricultural Society, said: “we are thrilled to be able to confirm a new date for the Heritage Transport Show after it was cancelled earlier this year. To be able to still run this in 2021 is testament to COVID-19 restrictions finally subsiding and it is clear from the support of the local community that positivity is growing”.
“Although the situation with the pandemic still remains, the team will be following any changes to government guidance closely and will keep visitors and exhibitors updated. One thing for certain is that The Heritage Transport Show will still hold the same spirit and enthusiasm as it always has.”
The event will again be joined by the South East Bus Festival and so between them, we will be welcoming a vast selection of vehicles, over 1000 were seen in 2019 and we hope to see similar numbers this year.
Applications to exhibit at the Heritage Transport Show are currently open. Vehicles of any age and type are welcome to apply.
Tickets are now on sale and available to purchase online at www.kcas.org.uk. Prices prior to the show are £10.00 per adult and under 14s are free. Tickets will be available on the gate for £12.00 for adults.
