Homestead Beef based in Dover, have become known locally for their Shetland Cattle beef, particularly their delicious aged steaks and quarter pounder burgers. They have recently however broadened their range of produce to also include their own Belted Galloway beef. Belted Galloway cattle, affectionately known as ‘Belties” are primarily raised for their quality marbled beef and like the Shetlands, originate from Scotland.
