Introducing: Mont58

We recently opened our second roastery in Ashford following 5 years of roasting in South-East London.

We are passionate about great coffee and sustainability and are proud to be members of The Guild of Fine Foods and a Living Wage Employer.

We started very small by roasting for ourselves, then friends and family and neighbours. Five years ago, we decided to leave our jobs and really go for it and set up Mont58. Shai does the roasting, tasting (and heavy lifting) and Maya oversees the business side of things (and drinking coffee).

We hand-roast high quality Arabica beans from all over the world as well as our own unique blends. We use only fair trade ethical beans, and recyclable or compostable packaging. In London, we operate a sustainable coffee delivery service. Our team of cyclists deliver beans or ground coffee directly to customers’ doors. We hope to set up the same service in and around Ashford.
