Introducing Root in Hythe
Root are one of the 125 Kent food & drink businesses signed up to the Boost Your Business scheme
Root is a vegetarian natural café based in Hythe, we serve delicious home cooked vegetarian and vegan food and try to use local and organic ingredients where possible.
Some of our favourite vegan dishes which we have on the winter menu are our spiced mushroom kebab with pickles and turmeric flatbread, Tomato, miso and coconut dahl and our most popular our rainbow bowl consisting of a mix of raw and roasted veg, hummus, quinoa and pickles with a turmeric and coconut dressing.
We also serve a selection of vegan and gluten free cakes, sausage rolls and toasties.
