After few postponements finally KMTV managed to film Karara at Macknade Food Village site.
Rani, co-founder of Karara was interviewed and filmed while cooking her signature KARARA Vegan and Vegetarian dishes Smoked Aubergine, Chilli Paneer, Chutney coleslaw and Indian styled fried bread called Bhatura.
KMTVs video journalist Jadzia Samual relished her Vegan Thali lunch, and later the entire KMTV team was served with our Thali option at their Medway studios.
