Teriyaki Wasabi Ready to Use Sauces – Highly Commended.
Judged by David Moore – London based restauranteur, food and wine expert feedback was as follows: “Zippy, zesty zingy with touch of warmth from the wasabi – lovely tang”
This ready to use sauce is perfect as a glaze or marinade on meat or fish, can be added to noodles or rice, or used as a dipping sauce.
Tamarind Chutney – Shortlisted
A deliciously rich, sweet chutney made from tamarind puree, sultanas, ginger, and a blend of aromatic spices. Delicious when used to marinade meat before roasting or stir frying, or as an accompaniment to sausages, cold meats, or cheeses, it's a great way to add a little middle eastern flavour to your Ploughman's!
