Green Curry Paste
A Gluten Free Vegan version of the Thai Green curry which is a refreshing and vibrant curry as it derives its taste from dominant overtones of lemongrass, galangal, ginger, and gets its heat from hot green chillies. Hot in heat.
Red Curry Paste
A Gluten Free Vegan version of the Thai Red curry which derives its distinctive flavour from a delicate mix of red chilli, kaffir, lemongrass and coriander. Simply add coconut cream, protein of your choice and a touch of tamari. Medium in heat.
Miso Soup Paste (White & Red)
A Vegan version of our Miso Dashi Soup Paste. Mix Miso Soup Paste with water and bring to the boil, adding noodles and vegetables to make a warming soup.
Pad Thai Sauce
A Gluten Free Vegan version of our fabulous Pad Thai Sauce. A delicious rich blend of sweet, sour with a slightly salty flavour.
Satay Sauce
This is a Vegan version of our Satay Sauce. A scintillating classic. This combines roasted peanuts, coriander, galangal and garlic to make a delicious sauce. It can be used as a marinade or as an addition to a stir fry. You can even add mayonnaise, coconut cream or creme fraiche for a dip with a difference. This product is rated as mild on our heat scale.
