Kent Crisps crowned Micro Business of the Year

Kent Crisps have been awarded Micro Business of the Year 2019 at the National finals of the Federation of Small Businesses ‘Celebrating Small Business Awards’. This year’s awards saw over 2,000 businesses enter across 12 UK areas. Kent Crisps took home the award for the South East region, which was held at Sandown racecourse last month meaning they went through to the national final with all area finalists. The national awards were held on 23rd May at Battersea Evolution, with over 500 attendees and a welcome from Chancellor of the Exchequer, Phillip Hammond, before being hosted by Meera Syal MBE. As well as picking up the award for their category, Micro Business of the Year, Kent Crisps were also given Highly Commended, meaning that they were one of the top 3 businesses in the whole awards.
