Kent PR agency Sharp Relations wins strategic PR remits for next-generation, sustainable food brands

Agency Founder, AJ Sharp named in Top Ten Business Leaders to Look out for in 2022 in the NYC Journal

Leading Kent-based food & drink communications agency, Sharp Relations, has been appointed as the PR agency for five great-tasting, vegan-friendly challenger brands.

The award-winning homegrown vegan street food brand, Biff’s Plant Shack has appointed the agency to implement a strategic trade and consumer PR campaign, to communicate the expansion of its national retail distribution and retail product range. Hitting Sainsbury’s this month, its retail range, which launched earlier this year in Waitrose, has already proved a hit with vegans and flexitarians alike with easy-to-cook, street food-inspired flavours.

The agency is also working with Seabloom Food, the next generation of delicious, nutritious plant-based seafood, to support the launch of its Seabloom ‘Tuna-Free’ Flakes, a plant-based ‘Tuna’ alternative made from organic Scottish seaweed on Ocado.

Sharp has won a number of strategy and market insight projects: working with start-up Feisty Foods, producers of Hatari single variety chilli sauces and mashes, to provide strategic counsel and mentoring; delivering a market insights project for plant-based pizza brand One Planet Pizza; plus strategy and market insights for healthy ready meal start-up PrepKing.
