Perfectly timed for the arrival of the asparagus season, Kentish Condiments have launched the latest addition to their range, Hollandaise Sauce. Produced in small batches in their custom built commercial kitchen in Bridge, near Canterbury, the sauce is made using their own cold pressed rapeseed oil and free range eggs.
Rich and full of flavour, the Hollandaise Sauce is delicious used for eggs benedict, to accompany poached fish or with local asparagus.
