Will Edge founded Greensand Ridge in 2016, with a desire to create craft gin using locally foraged botanicals and surplus Kent fruit rejected by supermarkets. Nearly three years later, their historic barn houses beautiful copper stills, wooden barrels, tanks and an end-to-end bottling and labelling line.
