Lavender Season Approaches at Castle Farm!

Many people are looking forward to experiencing the Lavender fields while they are in bloom, and the fields have been enjoying the warm sunshine after a very cold Spring! Here are some key dates for your diary….

W/C 19^th June 2023 – we will be starting to harvest fresh bunches of Lavender from our fields. This is our early variety called ‘Folgate’, and will then be available to purchase by the bunch from the farm shop, or despatched nationwide as gifts or special orders on an overnight delivery service. Tuesday 20^th June 2023 – Tickets go live for the first of our Lavender Season Events, which will start w/c 26^th June and continue until we harvest the Lavender at the end of July. Our events are released on a rolling schedule, 10 days ahead of each event. (So, if you wanted to book onto an event on 12^th July, the tickets are released on 2^nd July). This year we will be running our Lavender Walks, Guided Lavender Tours and Lavender PIcni events.
