Two businesses in Faversham are working together to tackle the issue of food waste.
Faversham Food Hall Macknade Fine Foods has been working in collaboration with Producer MightyFineThings to develop a new range of fresh & ready to eat products using surplus fresh produce.
As an added bonus, they are using surplus fresh produce from the food hall in each of the recipes to minimise food waste. This means that the product range is changing on a weekly basis and there is always something new to try.

The new range is available exclusively at Macknade Fine Foods in Faversham and currently features salads, dips, galettes & deep pan quiches.
