Macknade hosts bumper weekend of events for Kent foodies

Renowned Kentish Food Hall, Macknade, is excited to announce a bumper weekend line-up of fun, food & drink to celebrate the payday weekend. On the 26^th & 27^th April, Macknade is hosting three events that are not to be missed: its Meet the Brewer Spring Showcase, Friday Night Live with Thomas Abrahams and the Big Foodie Quiz in aid of Mid Kent Mind.

26^th April – Meet the Brewers Spring Showcase

Discover new beers and connect with fellow enthusiasts at Macknade’s bi-annual Meet The Brewers event, kicking off at 6.30pm. From hoppy IPAs to rich stouts, guests can sample over 40 beers from Kent’s top brewers, whilst engaging with the passionate minds behind each of the beers. 26^th April – Friday Night Live with Thomas Abrahams

Adding to Friday’s festivities is Thomas Abrahams, who will be performing live in Macknade popular street food market, The Food Village, from 6pm. Prepare to be wowed by Thomas’ soulful voice, whilst enjoying delicious food & drink from Macknade and its resident traders. 27^th April – Big Foodie Quiz in aid of Mid Kent Mind

Gather friends and family for an evening of friendly competition and culinary trivia at Macknade’s Big Foodie Quiz, in aid of Mid Kent Mind. From 6.30pm, guests will have their knowledge tested on a variety of food-related topics, as they vie for the title of ultimate foodie.
