When was the last time you sat down for supper and it was meatloaf?
It is a rather 'vintage' dish that has fallen off the radar of late. So, we've decided to revive this mid-week treat, using seasonal Kentish apples and cobnuts, sage and our famous Mr. Pepper's pork sausagement (hand made in house, using choice cuts from our favourite suppliers)
