Macknade’s Faversham Food Village launches for a new season, with new traders, free drinks and live music

The Food Village Launch Party will welcome in the new season out on their al fresco deck, showcasing the very best of their resident street food traders.

Get ready for Macknade’s signature wood-fired pizzas, South African boerewors with chakalaka from Saffa Bru, legendary Truffle & Parmesan Fries, Miso Bagel Burgers and BBQ braised beef brisket from Silver Birch and Kent’s best Tacos and Totchos from Taco Bill... and finish off with a fully loaded crepe from brand new trader Mamie's Crepes.

To get the party started in the evening, there will be live music from local band Under the Wood from 6.30pm and a complimentary draft beer, soft drink or a small glass of Montepulciano or Pinot Grigio wine from our brand-new sustainable wine tap, for everyone buying a meal.

The evening will end with a Macknade take on the traditional meat raffle, as they give away prizes including a bespoke BBQ Box from the Butchery team. The Food Village showcases the best small, local independent food traders and matches the core Macknade mission of celebrating community and quality.

The Macknade Deck, serving hot drinks, pizza & panuozzo is open seven days a week. The Food Village – featuring The Deck and a selection of external street food traders is open Weds – Sun 11am – 5pm, with late opening until 9pm every Friday and Saturday.
