Matt Sworder joins the chef line-up at Countryfile Live

Matt Sworder, chef owner of The Corner House Restaurants in Canterbury and Minster, will be showing the audience how to cook a popular summer dish from his new cookbook at Countryfile Live next Friday. Countryfile Live is a huge and exciting event, combining the tradition of the UK’s best county fairs with the quality editorial and presentation of one of the BBC’s flagship programmes. It takes place in the stunning grounds of Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire from Thursday 1 August until Sunday 4 August. Matt will be cooking a dish from The Corner House Cookbook, alongside TV Chef Brian Turner CBE in the Le Creuset Kitchen Theatre at 4.30pm on Friday 2 August. He will be sharing his passion for Kentish produce with Steamed Seabass in a bag with Thanet Earth heritage tomatoes, a recipe that showcases the fantastic Kentish ingredients.
