Members Event at Coachworks

We had a great evening, getting together with members old and new at Coachworks, Ashford.

Starting with a welcome drink and nibble, Jill gave an update of what Produced in Kent has been up to and what we have planned for the future. Produced in Kent announced the unfortunate news that the TOKA 2022 Launch event at the Houses of Parliament on the 16th November will not be able to go ahead due to COVID restrictions. On a more postive note, Jill announced to members that a new Produced in Kent Bluewater Shop will be opening on the 22nd October so be sure to head down and check it out when you get a chance!

Second speaker Sue Nelson, our board chair and host of The FoodTalk Show introduced members to the podcast and what a great opportunity it is to promote the local food and drink coming out of Kent. She also had an opportunity to show off the studio as it is located at Coachworks which gave members a great insight into what to expect.

There was plenty of time afterwards to meet, mingle and chat to the PinK team and other members and industry partners that attended. So many great things are happening!
