If you haven’t worked it out by now, the secret to our hand crafted English charcuterie is carefully reared, lovingly tended English Traditional Breed meat.
We work with some of the best pig farmers in the country to get the meat we need for our sausages and charcuterie.
One thing farmer’s love is spending time with other farmers.
So, like the keys in a bowl at a suburban house party, it didn’t take long to mingle.
