The Ferry House has launched a brand new breakfast menu!
Giving those signature dishes a Ferry House refresh, the most important meal of the day just got a whole lot tastier, providing the perfect end to your overnight stay in our countryside abode.
Following the same ethos carried across all our menus, our new breakfast dishes showcase our fresh Kitchen Garden produce and locally sourced bacon, sausages, and Harty hens' eggs across sweet and savoury plates, meaning however you wish to start your day, we've got you covered.
Dishes include the Estate Mallard Duck Sausage, Hedgerow Brown Sauce, Fried Local Hens' Egg and Japanese Milk Bun which incorporates duck breast from our local estate shoot with locally sourced pork shoulder and a spiced brown sauce made with our hedgerow berries, hawthorns, rowans, and rosehips; French toast made with rehydrated breadcrumbs and a homemade custard mix, pan-fried to keep the edges crispy and served with our Kitchen Garden preserve; and of course, our 'Harty' Full English - local free-range hens' eggs, Kentish pork, fresh tomatoes, fried wild mushrooms, and a slice of black pudding.
Enjoy the morning after an overnight stay in our luxury B&B rooms or as an occasion in its own right; our new breakfast menu is available now, served 7am-10am throughout the week and 8am-10am on Saturday and Sunday. We recommend booking your table and can do so via our website (www.theferryhouse.co.uk/country-restaurant-kent/breakfast) where you can also find our new menu in full.
