This lean, green, flavoursome machine is an asparagus ribbon, pea, radish, super seeds, spring onion and herb salad, served up with goats’ cheese cream. Just goes to show that healthy eating doesn’t have to be a chore.. If you’re drinking at our pub and in need of a nibble, then we’re more than happy to oblige.
