News from Chartham Vineyard
On the Vineyard. Pruning, pulling out and tying down all going well. A true family-farm experience with grandson, son and grandad working together!
In the farmyard we are making good progress with our wonderful threshing barn, currently being upgraded with new lighting and heating to make it attractive for events. The Roaming Cinema are returning to the barn with Movie Magic in May, June, August, and October, with booking already coming in for West Side Story on the 13th May.
In the Vineyard Gallery
Our next exhibition opens on 2nd April featuring work by Peter Livesey, a well respected artist of townscapes who is regularly commissioned by Canterbury Cathedral. The exhibition is open every Saturday 10.30 to 5.00 until 11th June
Our Wines
Continue to attract very good reviews, most recently in the National Viti-Culture bulletin which has just awarded our Bacchus as ‘Wine of the Month.’
