Kent Spud girls out to smash the London Marathon.

Both ladies are involved in the growing and marketing of Kent potatoes and are fuelling their training runs with this versatile, delicious and nutritious carbohydrate. Potatoes are a great source of fibre are low in fat and have more potassium than a banana. They packed with energy and exercise boosting vitamins! Tracy is supporting the Dementia Revolution, a year-long initiative between Alzheimer’s Society and Alzheimer’s Research UK to raise awareness and much needed funds for dementia research. Tracy is running in memory of her father who passed away last July and was diagnosed with dementia three years ago.
