Baking from Turkish Cypriot roots

Our baker, Sacit takes inspiration from his Turkish Cypriot roots. The bread we produce is as authentic as it gets. Our bread is bursting with flavour, using herbs, onions, olives and halloumi to give a real taste of the Mediterranean. Our Traditional pride is light and fluffy, perfect to have with a meze.

Our gently spiced Turkish Corek bread is coated with sesame and nigella seeds to enhance the flavour.

All our breads can be found at various farmers markets across Kent, including Herne Bay every 2nd Sunday of the month, and Cliftonville every 4th Saturday, and at our shop in Tonbridge.
