Paul at Karara has a dream....

I am working with my French counterparts to serve our authentic Karara food and Chuko Chuko spiced beer during the Paris Olympics in 2024 - my very own dream.

This time again I was privileged to attend the launch of new TV channel EMERGENCE TV94 packed house of 600 delegates in Paris France, and to meet very high profiled personalities including French top sports commentator Piere Congiani and the producer Michael Betty at the historic Martin Luther King Hall.

There was a free flow of wines, drinks and French cuisine and the service was exceptional.

I (Paul from Karara) cooked Spinach Pakoas for few personal friends on my trip, the Paris sightseeing was interesting due to glorious sunshine and we were not caught in protests.
