Rebel Farmer, Ed Kyrke-Smith, supplies The Kings Head with organic vegetables grown on his farm just a couple of miles down the road.
London born and bred, Ed moved to Brook in Kent back in 2015 after the birth of his son. Almost immediately, he wanted to provide chemical-free food for his family and began exploring how to grow his own. His ideas took off and Rebel Farmer was born. Ed loves supplying his organic produce to The Kings Head, “they respect the hard work and get my produce onto plates the same day it’s been picked. Not only do they care about giving their customers great food, but they care about the people like me that grow it.”
