Recipe: Korkers Snack Cups
Savour every moment with our Korker Snack Cups – a crunchy hash brown base, savoury sausages, and a fluffy egg mix, all crowned with a blanket of melted cheese. It’s snacking elevated to a whole new level!
Ingredients
Cooked Korker's original recipe sausages (cooked and sliced)
3 beaten eggs
Hhash browns (cooked until soft)
Grated cheese
Sliced peppers
Method
Press the hash brown into a muffin case or tin
Add sausages
Pour in egg
Top with peppers and grated cheese
Bake for 20 mins at 190 degrees
