Recipe: Zombie-Eye Martini from Whitstable Harbour Gin

For the month of Hallows Eve we at Whitstable Harbour Gin love to get goulish (and creative) with our gauntlets and recommend the right potion for the occasion.

This year we have the Zombie-Eye Martini, heroing our delicious and saline fresh London Dry.

What you'll need:

  • Whitstable Harbour Gin, London Dry
  • Pimento-stuffed green olives (two per serve)
  • Black peppercorns (two per serve)
  • Peychaud's bitters

How to make:

  • Pour 60ml Whitstable Harbour London Dry over ice
  • Add 15ml of dry vermouth
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • Shake well & pour into a martini glass
  • Garnish with two pimento-stuffed green olives with black peppercorns pushed into the center
  • Summon the dead & serve!
