Retail & Events Co-Ordinator position available!
As a leading independently run family business in Kent, we are looking to recruit a talented, enthusiastic individual to oversee our retail and events offering, both on and off site.
Applicants will be expected to work alongside the family, organising tours and tastings while taking responsibility for our retail wine shop and events. The role will include day to day stock taking and ordering and overseeing the part time shop & show staff and tour guides, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service to our guests.
Applicants will be well organised, personable, have a knowledge of wine and enjoy the satisfaction of conveying the story of our products and the process behind them. Good office, computer and numeracy skills will be important, but above all customer satisfaction will be key and is what Biddenden prides itself on.
Due to the hands-on nature, rural location and occasional off site industry events, applicants will need a full, clean driving licence and there will be occasional evening and weekend work.
