Solley’s Ice Cream Parlour hosted their third annual Open Farm Sunday on 9th June 2019, with visitors heading to the farm to find out more about how Solley’s award-winning ice cream is made.
The farm trail was open as usual, with an added competition to find all the Solley’s cows on the way around and two tractors ran through the whole day giving tractor rides out across the farm. There was also the chance to join factory tours throughout the day, giving an insight into how Solley’s make their ice cream.
Some of the best local producers to joined for a Kentish food market, a very popular area throughout the day whilst the bird of prey display brought in the crowds.
Thank you to all who came out and supported us on Open Farm Sunday – don’t forget Solley’s Ice Cream Parlour is open daily until the end of September (just closed Mondays in September) so there is plenty of time to come back and visit us over the summer!
