Speedy Snail launch range of vibrant Salads for Summer

Having built up a reputation for using the finest local produce to create a range of healthy and delicious fresh soups The Speedy Snail have now added a selection of fresh salads to their range as we enter a (hopefully) long hot Summer. Examples include Summer Vegetable Couscous using local fresh asparagus, broad beans and peas, Roasted Tomato and Pepper Pesto Pasta or Quinoa with Beetroot and Goats Cheese.
