Egerton, Kent – 10th November 2022: Frasers of Coldharbour Farm announces timetable for the return of its popular wreath making workshops, with extra sessions added to meet increased demand.
With Christmas now on the horizon, Frasers is offering the chance to create your own hand-made, sustainable decoration this December by booking a place on one of its popular wreath-making masterclasses where you can learn how to fashion a fabulous festive front door decoration that will be the envy of your neighbours.
Using an abundance of foliage, greenery and organic material collected on the farm and fabulous accessories such as dried fruit, pinecones, Christmas flowers, feathers and colourful berries provided ready to use, you will be guided step-by-step through the process to create a truly unique and wonderful traditional, moss-based seasonal wreath.
At the workshop you can let your creative flair run free to make a wreath to any style you like. Whether you want a free flowing design adorned with feathers or Christmas flowers for a rustic, country look or opt for a traditional style with pinecones, ribbons and dried fruit, the choice is entirely yours.
Led by talented florist Lisa Fraser, the masterclass will include all the materials and tools required for you to effortlessly create a truly unique wreath to take away to hang on your door.
Lisa Frasers, florist and owner of Frasers said, “Unlike many wreath-making workshops, we don’t follow a prescriptive pattern or style for every step so they don’t all look the same, this gives people the opportunity to really channel their creativity. We love to see how different everyone’s final wreath looks. We are yet to see two the same! It is tremendously relaxing and mindful to immerse yourself for a couple of hours in bringing your unique vision to life. And ultimately, rewarding for me to be able to help people and share my passion for floristry.”
Lasting 2.5 hours, each course costs £80.00 per person and will include one of Frasers festive afternoon teas and a complimentary glass of Hot Winter Pimms. To book a place please email joanne@frasersegerton.co.uk or call 01233 756122. [See Editor's notes for dates & times.]
Meanwhile, for those who want to bring some extra special seasonal splendour into the home, but are unable to join a workshop, Lisa can create a bespoke wreath or garland to your own design. Each is made individually to whatever theme, colour or Christmas vision you have. For prices and to discuss design ideas, please call 01233 756122.
