They have consistently won awards for many of their products – this year their smoked salmon, smoked haddock, smoked trout and smoked bacon have all won Gold Great Taste Awards, and their extensive range includes smoked duck, chicken, venison, eel, prawns, mussels, home cooked ham, kassela, salamis, chorizos, salt beef, pastrami, Italian hams and delicious smoked fish pates all produced on their premises by a team of speciality smokers.
