Christmas is the busiest (and most magical) time in my kitchen, the air filled with the scent of earthy, fragrant rosemary focaccia sprinkled with sea salt that crackles like snow underfoot.
There’s sugar and spice in every dimple of my cinnamon roll focaccia, it smells like warmth itself.
Fudgy chocolate brownies, with just a touch of sea salt, bring pure indulgence, while mince pies don’t just belong to Christmas, they are Christmas.
My selection of Boules, the cheese and jalapeño loaf, round and rustic, is perfect for Boxing Day leftovers or alongside a Christmas cheese board.
And of course, I can’t forget the ever-sought-after sausage rolls!
