Unimaginable Treats for the Christmas Table

Christmas is the busiest (and most magical) time in my kitchen, the air filled with the scent of earthy, fragrant rosemary focaccia sprinkled with sea salt that crackles like snow underfoot.

There’s sugar and spice in every dimple of my cinnamon roll focaccia, it smells like warmth itself.

Fudgy chocolate brownies, with just a touch of sea salt, bring pure indulgence, while mince pies don’t just belong to Christmas, they are Christmas.

My selection of Boules, the cheese and jalapeño loaf, round and rustic, is perfect for Boxing Day leftovers or alongside a Christmas cheese board.

And of course, I can’t forget the ever-sought-after sausage rolls!

  • Every Saturday: Outside Marden Village Club, 12pm–2pm (Weekly, all year round)
  • 6th Yalding Yuletide Market, 5pm–8pm
  • 6th Christmas in Marden, 12pm–2pm
  • 7th The Night Yard Christmas Market, Canterbury, 10am–3pm
  • 12th–14th Folkestone Harbour Arm Festive Market (with Produced in Kent), 11am–6pm

Each market will have its own festive mix of sweet and savoury treats, all handmade in my 5-star food hygiene kitchen and, of course, baked with plenty of festive love.
