TELESALES OPERATIVE POSITIONS FULL/PART TIME

Summary

Q Catering, a fast growing independent food wholesaler delivering throughout the South East of England, are currently looking to employ a hard working telesales operative to join our team. Working 5 to10 pm and with the option of working from home or the office this part time role is extremely flexible.

The Role:

• Accurately capturing and processing customer’s orders

• Answer incoming calls

• Inputting orders from sales order email

Skills required for this role:

• Strong customer service skills

• Previous telesales/sales experience preferred but not essential

• Confident telephone manner

• IT literate

• Well-disciplined and able to work without supervision

Key Points

• Monday – Friday (hours to be discussed)

• Office based in Sittingbourne
