We're on the lookout for some amazing people to join our Front of House, Kitchen and Garden teams ahead of our busy summer season. Front of House Manager

As we continue to work towards changing the hospitality norm for our manager and kitchen roles, this position offers a four-day working week with one weekend day off as well as five days off over Christmas, including Christmas Day and Boxing Day. We're looking for someone with experience in the hospitality industry at a managerial or supervisory level to help lead our Front of House team as well as help our Operations Manager in the everyday running of the business. If you enjoy a hands on role in a fun and dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

Food & Beverage Supervisor

Do you have experience in hospitality? Are you looking to join a company that offers career development and listens to your ideas? Are you organised and charismatic, ready to lead your team by example? This hugely fulfilling role will see you work alongside our existing supervisor and manager to help with the smooth running of our restaurant as well as aiding our Wedding Coordinators on event days.

Part Time Restaurant Supervisor

The perfect role if you're returning to work, looking for a change of career within the hospitality industry or hoping to cut down your working week. Working 3-5 evenings including Saturdays in this part time role, you will be leading our Front of House team in our award-winning restaurant as well as assisting our Front of House manager and supervisors in the everyday running of The Ferry House.

Head Gardener

We're looking for an experienced gardener to join and head our garden team! Reporting to the Head Chef & Director, this role has full autonomy over all care of our grounds. With our Kitchen Garden now home to over 150 varieties of produce, hard (if not impossible) to find at wholesalers, in our polytunnels, greenhouse, orchard & fruit cages across 1.5 acres, we are looking for someone with a genuine passion for horticulture and a keen interest in the food we produce and serve at The Ferry House.
