Experienced Vegetable Grower

Communigrow, horticultural and educational charity based in East Malling, aims to reconnect people with where their food comes from. We run sessions for schools and groups to participate in the full cycle of growing fresh vegetables and other plants.

Currently we grow a wide range of chemical-free vegetables all year round on a 2.4 acre field and plan to develop the range and quantity of produce grown. The charity is run by part time staff and a team of volunteers. As we expand we wish to extend our opening hours particularly on a Saturday and some Mondays and a vegetable grower will assist with this development.

We are seeking an enthusiastic person who has extensive experience of growing vegetables, working as a member of a team and being able to support volunteers on the field. Please see the job description and details here.
