VACANCY: Production Managers Assistant, Biddenden Vineyards

Biddenden Vineyards is a family owned and run business in the Garden of England, established in 1969, we are Kent’s original vineyard, working at the heart of the county.

We need an enthusiastic and practical candidate to join our team, as the Production Manager’s assistant. We are offering a full-time position, duties to include preparation of machines for bottling and pressing grapes and apples, working all processes in line with regulations and company and customer policies. You should be capable of quality control, ordering, receiving goods inwards both by hand and forklift.

The successful applicant will be capable of working independently under instruction and as part of a team, hardworking, have a desire to learn new skills and be happy to work within all areas of our family run business, we are more than just a Vineyard! This is an exciting and varied opportunity within our ever-growing industry.

Due to the agricultural and seasonal nature of our business this position does include some evening and weekend work at busy times and during harvest.

Applicants must be over 18, with a clean driving license. Forklift truck experience essential.
