VACANCY: Telesales Business Executive

Telesales Business Executive – Q Catering Supplies - Sittingbourne Main Role
  • Maximise Sales in line with company growth goals
  • Close any distribution gaps on existing customers
  • Work closely with company sales managers to identify potential new accounts
  • Liaise with transport, warehouse operations, accounts and purchasing on any challenges
  • Plan & prepare to upsell to existing accounts
  • Highlight down trading accounts to business account managers / sales manager
  • Use company reporting systems to maximum effectiveness for smooth transitional running
  • Complete all administration within agreed time limits
  • Increase product knowledge by attending sales meetings
  • Drive for 96% service levels across all sales invoicing functions
  • Action locally agreed promotions with any National Promotional Activity
Training & Position Expectations
  • Ideally candidates will be fully versed in Excel
  • Candidates need to be able to prioritise and be an effective communicator
  • Candidates need a strong team player and be able to work within an extremely busy office environment
  • Full structured ongoing training will be offered to the right candidate.
