The Weald Smokery Extend their Cafe

The Weald Smokery has recently undertaken an extension to their café which is known as The Kiln Room. This is now open for customers to sample the many Great Taste Gold Award Winning products from the menu. Breakfast, Lunch and Tea are served with items such as Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs, a Smoked Fish Sharing Platter and delicious homemade cakes. Everything they use in the new café, right down to the chutneys and dressings on the salad, are all available to buy in the smokery and delicatessen shop. This includes all the traditionally smoked food produced on the premises over oak log fires, and a wonderful array of farmhouse cheeses, most of which are unavailable in supermarkets, as is the case with the other carefully selected items. It is a true ‘foodies’ paradise and well worth a visit.
