So, what’s seasonal right now?

Mackerel – A summer staple! This oily fish is at its peak, perfect for grilling, barbecuing, or pan-frying. Rich in flavour and omega-3.

Brown Crab – In abundance this time of year. Try it in a dressed crab salad or as part of a cold seafood platter.

Lobster – Caught locally and full of flavour. Whether grilled with garlic butter or served cold, it’s a summer showstopper.

Sea Bass – A light, flaky white fish that's perfect for simple summer dishes. Try it whole on the BBQ with lemon and samphire.
