At Nine Oaks Vineyard, the focus is on achieving fully ripe fruit while retaining the natural freshness that cool-climate wines are celebrated for. Grapes are harvested at optimal balance, resulting in wines with clarity, structure and precision.
“Our aim is always ripeness without excess,” says the team. “That tension between freshness and depth is what makes English wine so compelling.”
From aromatic Bacchus to refined Chardonnay and traditional-method sparkling wines, each bottle reflects the Greensand soils beneath the vines and the careful decisions made throughout the growing season. Time on lees, thoughtful oak use and patience in the cellar all contribute to complexity without overpowering the fruit.
The result is a portfolio of wines that feel confident rather than showy – quietly expressive, elegant and unmistakably Kentish.
