Winterdale mooove into Milk
2022 sees the start of a new year for the Betts family, dairy farmers at Fairseat, near Wrotham with the launch of their own milk to add to their award winning cheeses.
Having seen their milk poured down the drain at the start of the first lockdown, the idea of selling milk direct form the farm became a reality in 2020. Starting off selling raw milk from the farm, the response was so positive that Winterdale Milk is now being formally launched. Traditional whole milk, pasteurised and soon to be available with local retailers across North Kent.
The cows graze on the lush grass of the North Downs and this creates great quality milk. The cream naturally settles at the top of the bottle – perfect if you want a bit of indulgence on your morning cereal, or a quick shake sees it blend right through your pint.
