OAST TO HOST hits the press!!

Claire and I are very excited to be featured in Country Living Magazine – Christmas Special which is available in the shops now!  This shares the story of our ‘evolution’ from the rather special surroundings of a typical Kent Oast house where we have enjoyed creating, testing and preparing our multi award winning gluten & wheat free pastry.

We had great fun doing the filming in February – we could have filled 2 albums with the number of shots taken!
