I was born in Freetown, Sierra Leone and am now living in Kent. I cook unapologetically authentic Sierra Leonean dishes, organize private dining events and much more.
My kitchen is all about the reinvention of traditional dishes, fused with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, taking inspiration from my Sierra Leonean heritage.
Sierra Leonean fusion-style cooking is the healthy, nutritious option. I tend to use locally sourced produce from suppliers in Kent and Freetown. I source from those who place emphasis on quality and uniqueness. The combination of exceptional ingredients along with my precise attention to detail ensures the best possible dining experience for you.
Whether its an intimate dinner for two, a dinner party for ten, or catering for a party for more than 150 people.
