Cocktail In A Bottle

I now sell my pre-mixed bottled cocktails UK wide to anyone with a front door! I'm known for my eclectic seasonal range, punchy flavours, fresh ingredients and generosity of spirit :-)

In the short time I've been going I have already received an international award for my Espresso Martini and have been shortlisted in other future awards yet to be announced. But it's my customers who are my main judges and since lockdown began I have developed a wonderful community of cocktail drinkers who now love to drink cocktails they'd never have thought to order on a night out.

Being based in Kent I have a passion for using local Kentish ingredients as much as possible, linking with Kentish distilleries, wineries, breweries, drinks producers, local farms and suppliers of specialist ingredients and I also enlist the services of local foragers.

All of my cocktails are hand made by me, fresh to order, so you know that they are 'of the moment' bursting with flavour and cannot wait to be imbibed!

I love being involved in a community, and as such I see my job as educational as much as it is about drinking fine libations! To this end, I run seasonal cocktail making masterclasses both on-site and off-site. These are now Covid safe, and in some instances virtual. I also contribute monthly recipes to The Kent Foodie Magazine.
