About Us

Based in Appledore, Kent, the original Gusbourne estate dates back to 1410. In 2004, Andrew Weeber took over the estate with a clear vision and a single goal: to create English Sparkling Wines that would stand up alongside the very finest offerings from across the globe. Thirteen years Iater, Gusbourne supplies wines for leading restaurants such as The Fat Duck, Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons and Le Gavroche and the wines are stocked in Berry Bros & Rudd, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols and Fortnum & Mason.
Visit us and enjoy a hosted tour and tasting, and find out what makes this corner of England so special for winemaking. The tour takes in the beautiful vineyards, the winery, and ends in the luxurious tasting room with a tasting of the whole range of wines (plus a few exclusives).
Of course you don’t need to take a tour to experience the wines. The tasting room is open for drop-in visitors, and wines are available to taste and to purchase by the glass, by the bottle or by the case. Visit at your leisure, we’ll be happy to help.
